Ms. Amel Shawki is the Forum’s Membership Executive, where she recruits new members and help to promote the Forum’s activities within its membership.  Before joining the Forum’s staff Ms. Shawki was the Project Manager’s Assistant at Seimens, Egypt. Prior to that she had been an Exhibition Organizer for Gateway Co.  Ms. Shawki’s interests in economy and commerce were enhanced by her participation in the many activities of the International Association of Students Interested in Economy and Commerce (AIESEC), where her position as Financial Advisor allowed her to gain on hand experience at financial management control. She also gained organizational experience working on the Malaysian Exhibition for Technology & Industry and on seminars for the Center for Political Research & Studies. Ms. Shawki holds a degree in Accounting from the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University.
