Without productive employment achieving the
goals of decent living standards, of social and economic integration, of
personal fulfillment and of social develop becomes a chimera. Enterprises
promotion and human resource development are key elements in achieving these
goals. In this context, the Forum established this strategy group to help
promoting human resources development in Egypt.
Objectives
Identifying and participating in training programs in Egypt and abroad to
increase Egyptian competitiveness across cultures.
Coordinating with NGOs and Research Centers to conduct seminars and
special events to improve the work ethic and attention to quality in
Egyptian businesses.
Strategy Group Work Plan
- Work with specialized educational institutions
to train graduates on the needs of the business.
- Create an employment center for the Forum's
member companies to announce vacancies in their organizations.
- Develop recommendations for motivation and
appraisal schemes for implementation in the Forum's member companies.
- Develop surveys and policy papers identifying
the core weakness of the Egyptian human capital and recommendations to
overcome them.
- Empowering the Forum's members to effectively
and efficiently represent the Egyptian business community to the World, in
turn creating a wok culture that is conductive to investment and growth.
Governance
The Group has a chairman and a vice-chairman.
The Group will hold a minimum of one meeting per month, and is reporting
to the Forum's Executive Board. The Group may hold more than one meeting
when necessary.
