Chiluba,
President of the Republic of Zambia and His Majesty Mswatt III, King of
the Kingdom of Swaziland, all attended the inaugural session of the
conference, and provided the audience with their insight as the future
course for development for the African nations. These views were then
expanded upon and reviewed in the enlightening sessions and workshops
that were held during the duration of the conference.
