Mr. Hussein
Choucri is presently Chairman and Managing Director of HC Securities &
Investment and General Manager of Hussein Choucri Financial Advisors.
Mr. Choucri
s also Advisory Director of Morgan Stanley Dean Witter since July 1993, and
is a Member of the Board of Delta International Bank.
Mr. Choucri
was elected as Vice Chairman of the Egyptian Capital Market Association in
1996, until his resignation in 1998.
As Managing
Director, Mr. Choucri was responsible for Morgan Stanley Investment Banking
Activities in the emerging markets of the Middle East & the Indian
Sub-Continent.
Mr. Choucri
participated in establishing the National Fund Management Co. with the
National Bank of Egypt, which managed Egypt’s first mutual fund.
Mr. Choucri recived a B.A. in Accounting from Ain
Shams University and a Management Diploma from the American University in
Cairo.
