Dr Ibrahim Kamel
is the principal shareholder, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive
Officer of Kato Aromatic, Egypt, which is a holding corporation with a wide
range of industrial and commercial ventures worldwide.
Dr Kamel is
also the Chairman of the Board of the Egyptian British Bank, International
Export Center, Cairo Aviation, Sirocco Aerospace International, The Egypt
Trust and Cairo Internafional Bank, Kampala, Uganda. Dr Kamel is a Member of
the General Secretariat of the National Democratic Party, and Honorary
Chairman of the British Egyptian Business Association He is co-Chairman of
the US-Egypt Presidents Council, Board Member of the US/Middle East Project
of the Council on Foreign Relations, New York. He is a member of the Board
of the High Council for Exports, the Egyptian General Authority for
Investment and the Egyptian General Authority for Tourism Development. He is
Treasurer of the Egyptian Society for Development and Childhood and Vice
President of the Russian- Egyptian Friendship Society.
